Refund Policy
Returns are accepted for" Online Store Credit Only" Any returned item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days pf receiving the order. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return & Cancellation Policy
We are currently NOT accepting returns at this time. If there are any issues with the items you received, please refer to Damage and issues tab for details.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, it must be within

24 hours for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours (Prior to shipping ) is subject to be 15 % restocking fee.

Custom orders Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel your order , it must be within 72 hours to receive full refund or before artwork mock delivered.

Once your design is approved, we will be unable to cancel your order, If you are unsatisfied with the artwork mock and wish to receive a refund, you will be subject to a $25 design fee and the difference will be refunded.
Processing Time
Please review our processing guidelines in detail:

: Normal processing time is 7-10 business days (Business days are Monday-Friday *** All orders places over the weekend will not start processing until Monday***)

:Rushed processing time is within 4-6 business days (Subject to minimum fee if $25) Some items are not in the consideration of rush orders . Most items are not possible to do same day. Please note that we want repeated customers and word of mouth are the best customers. Please understand this processing process completely.

:Subject request processing time is within 48-72 hours ( Subject to additional fees that will be accessed at that time)*** we reserve the right to decline fulfillment of any orders. You will be required $ 25 an day of full payments if this continue occurs and will be notified within 24 hours.***

Please send an e-mail to Monacraftsdecor@gmail.com if your order is needed outside of the normal processing time. Include your order number in the subject line and the requested rush time frame. You will be sent a separate invoice with the additional fees. Once paid your requested processing time will start.
